I'll admit, I wasn't exactly excited about where this was heading and next thing I know, I was excitedly heading into a cavemouth with Matt Hilton to feast upon the chaos. Crawford is entertaining. I look forward to more!
This was a fantastic read. I seriously love Morwenna's character and the descriptions given to her actions, especially in the cave. "She wove a web of steel with her cutlass and dirk, confounding the creatures and nullifying their crude attacks." ⬅️This was an INCREDIBLE fight scene.

Another fantastic read. My blood was up during the battle at the cave mouth, so much I was tempted to join in.
Present tense narrative gives the story that extra punch, that's for sure!
